Scaling sales for an online epoxy resin store
Epoxee is an online store in Romania and Hungary specializing in products for building epoxy resin tables and decorations. With a ROAS of just 0.8 and very few orders, the brand needed a complete overhaul of its marketing strategy to become profitable on Meta Ads.
Objectives:
Create a minimum of 5 high-quality creatives aligned with the brand identity
Identify the most effective communication angles
Achieve a ROAS above 2 and reach sustainable sales growth
Our Approach

- Started by creating 8 static ads
- Tested over 6 communication angles and 4 headlines per creative
- Repurposed 3 YouTube clips from organic content into short video ads
- Applied a proven framework for optimizing account structure and audiences
- Analyzed performance weekly and scaled only the winners
Results
In just 3 months, Epoxee reached the following results:
50+ orders generated in the first month
ROAS of 11 in month two and 21 in month three
Turned a $500 budget into over $10,000 in revenue
